The rooms were clean. The front desk service was excellent. There were people hanging in the rear parking lot smoking and drinking inside their car. Other than that, the property is great.

Someone at this property attempted to break in to my room, evidenced by a clearly damaged door that would not fully close afterwards. The General Manager was rude and uninterested in taking a look at the door, helping me or calling the police. I had to call Tallahassee PD and make a report. They advised me to leave the property immediately. I advise any woman traveling alone to avoid this property. There is something sinister happening and you could be in danger.

The front desk check-in was so personable and professional. The clerk, Miquel, was clearly empathetic and sympathetic so she worked to make everything better. Clean, up-to-date, comfortable, attractive room. I'm very pleased.
