My room was freezing cold. It was an outer room, so I assumed it might take a bit longer to warm up, but after hours with the heat cranked, it never improved. I went to the front desk and was told someone would check on it. No one ever did. I messaged down multiple times afterward and never received a solution. Even wrapped in blankets, I was cold all night. This was especially disappointing because my past stays here were always good.

I asked 5 times during booking and same day as reservation for an extra chair in the room. Never happened. we found 3 long black hairs-one in the tub and 2 in the bed. Very disappointed this time.
