Okay for the money.

This hotel is showing its age. The carpet had frayed areas. The bathroom floor in front of the sink felt “ sticky,” like it needed the wax stripped. The glassware looked dirty, like a towel had gone over it. I wasn’t as comfortable as I usually am at a SpringHill Suite.

Great location! Well were do I start elevator..only 1 and we'd fight staff uaing it. It's scary sounding. 2. Ice machine location really... 3. The noise between hearing all the door open close and people flushing toilets and the air conditioning unit going to war with it's self all night. 4. The cleaning was subpar, i found a cherry seed on the floor crumbs. Hair on the shower wall stains on the tile like they haddent moped the floor mini frig was cracked missing the bar on the door. Ooohh and the toilet where did you find mini toilets at... so close to shower no where to put clothes no where to hand towel while in shower can't wash hands in middle of night without waking sleeping spouse. Door handle was ridiculous hard to use , never was told to lift up, by the front desk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites of Frankenmuth! There were a few small issues (there wasn’t enough toilet paper in the room, no bar of soap, and the extra bedding/trundle bed sheets were dirty), but they didn’t deter from the positives. The biggest plus was the staff. Tracie, specifically, was amazing! She was always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was ample. The hotel is just steps away from the start of the shops on Main Street. We go to Frankenmuth several times per year and hope to stay at SpringHill again!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It’s new, extremely clean and comfortable. We were treated with such respect and hospitality at check-in. Breakfast was wonderful and the girl who ran that on Saturday morning was also fantastic. Everyone went out and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I rarely do reviews when I had to do this because people need to know this was a wonderful hotel and a wonderful place to visit. And I’m very fortunate to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and while this hotel was not on that level as far as amenities and restaurants, etc., the customer service equaled many of those hotels. I was very, very, very pleased with Springhill suites in Frankenmuth.

There were only two things wrong. A trash can in the room had not been emptied when we checked in, and it contained a banana peel, so there were gnats. Additionally, the container for the shower soap had a broken spout, so instead of being able to squirt the soap onto my hand, it ran down the side of the bottle. Otherwise, the facility and the staff were very nice.
