I liked how it was away from city life and in the country! The room was very clean and very good pricing with friendly service! And pretty close to Frankenmuth

The room was dirty. We found socks on the floor by the bed. The fridge and microwave were dirty. The shower curtain was gross and you couldn't take a proper shower anyway, due to the water not draining properly.

The management was nice. We got a little spooked at check-in (after dark) since the property is in the country, when Michigan state police showed up shining their flashlight on us as we were unloading the car and asked if it was our car with the trunk open then they took off with their spotlight on their vehicle. The beds were clean but hard and we didn't sleep well. We had to take cold showers because a pipe busted and we had no hot water in our room. The shower was not so great anyway and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. The manager did offer to let us have access to a different room across the lot to shower but we passed. We were only there one night and just wanted to get ready and get out of there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Good enough

Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to open ‘office’ just to check in. Room was ok, floor was a bit stained and looked dirty. Bathroom fan was very loud. Heat worked well and bed was comfy. Good location, close to Frankenmuth and Saginaw. Good price as well.

We mostly were happy with the quaint little country vibe motel. The only downside was our bathroom door would not completely close (put a towel against the inside of the door to hold closed) and the water didnt get very hot. Otherwise, it worked well for us and was decently updated and clean. Good deal for the price, especially with the proximity to Frankenmuth and Birch Run

8.3 Rating is completely wrong! This is a roadside motel, left over from the 1950s. To be fair, the room has been modernized and was very comfortable. BUT, it is still an outdated motel. It appears to be a one-man operation. Bathroom was dirty and hair in the drain. Noise from the next room was extremely loud, kids yelling and playing music. They finally quit.

Property manager was incredibly polite and worked with us on a late check in. The inn was cozy and quiet. It was just off the beaten path to stay away from the crowds of Frankenmuth but close enough to drive in and visit. Awesome pricing and wonderful customer service!

You get what you pay for.

The motel was very dated. It was not very clean. There was a spider on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet seat was loose and there was only one trash can. On the plus side the mattress was very comfortable and the price was relatively cheap.

The room is really clean. The inn is a bit off from town which is a plus for me. The only downside was the WiFi would not connect so keep that in mind if that’s important to you when booking.

Had an "okay"stay. Ran into an issue with the way the door locks but after maintenance came over to explain i felt reassured. Even in the lock position from inside the unit you can still turn the knob to open. It doesnt make me feel safe because in my mind, its unlocked. If its locked the knob should not turn however, it wont turn from the outside. Not a deal breaker but, best be aware. First thing I noticed was how very clean and modernistic it "looks". Even for a small unit you do still have a lot of space. The bathroom is small however very managaeable. Nothing to complain about. However, everytime i leave a hotel i always gather up towels, garbage, and bed sheets and linens to help housekeeping in their effort to clean. It's the least i could do. On the day of checkout i ripped the blanket and top sheet off of the bed where the bed still has the cover on it still and discovered two large yellow stains. One on the sheet/blanket and another on the bed sheet. Two different sizes and colors in two different areas signifying that its two different instances. I was repulsed by this knowing i just laid in this for 2 days. I told the front desk as i was leaving to give them a heads up and they just asked if it was on the bed or blanket. I told them on both. He said okay and that was that. No apology. No cause for concern. Im concerned i laid there in someone elses recycled sheet and blanket for 2 days. I do have pictures but app wont let me attach.
