Stinks!! There are some "overseas guests" that are staying there who are cooking in their rooms (even though most rooms have no kitchens). It's causing strong odors in the rooms and on the floors. And the manager refused to give a refund, but only did after my attorney contacted her. Avoid this place!

The lady doing the breakfast both mornings was very rude and snotty. She acted like it was a both to ask if she had more food coming. And we didn’t show up right at 10 either, it was more like 9-9:15. Also, the drain in the tub was plugged. The water didn’t drain. At the end of our showers we were standing in a couple inches of dirty water.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room and facility. Pool experience a little disappointing as there were several youngsters swarming the pool and hot tub at 10 pm - should not be the case at that hour.

I chose a dbl bed room and was given a single, Front desk clerk was in the pool area with their children when I walked in and had to wait about 5 to 8 minutes before he ushered them into a room down the hall and came to check me in. They charge 250 for a hold, yeah I got it back but 250! The ceiling was leaking in our room and puddled up by the am. Couldn’t wait to leave

The man who checked us in was very rude and unfriendly. I asked him to verify that there was a crib in the room as I had called earlier and asked and they said they would insure one was in the room. He huffed and said “well it’s probably not in there, I only have one and I already gave it away” I then explained that I had called and reserved one for our room and that was the reason for me booking this location. He said “well if there’s one in there there is, if not there’s not” thankfully it was in there but he was so rude. We were also put in a room right next to the pool, able to see inside the pool from our room, and people in the pool could see in as well. The pool closed at 11 and at 1130 there were still tons of people in there blasting music and screaming. They were keeping my one year old up. I called the front desk and told the man that there were still people in the pool being loud and waking my baby up and he said he would take care of it. It took another 45 minutes for him to get them out. I’m not sure why a family with a one year old would be put next to the noisy pool. Overall, terrible experience and would not stay again.
