The room was clean and we had a nice view. I will say it was pretty pricey for a one night stay but overall no issues. No water was offered though. The staff could be a bit friendlier as well. As someone who works in customer service I do think eye contact and a friendly smile are important.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean. The hotel was perfect for walking to everything in Downtown Frankenmuth. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Frankenmuth!
