They over booked and overcharged.. wouldnt give a refund even though check in at 10p and didnt get settled in room until midnight. The beds werent comfortable.. breakfast had drink machines down with no substitute options.. gave me a handicapped room and spoke to a guy in a wheel chair on how they didnt accommodate his reservation either for being handicapped. Just not very well managed nor do they pay attention to bookings.

Over booked the hotel and we were not given the suite we paid for. We were told there were no other rooms available. So we had to use cots in order to have enough beds for our family to sleep on. All pf a sudden at 1 am there was another room available. We had already been through enough. They did not even tell us about over booking until we got upstairs to the room and realized it was not big enough. I would never stay at that hotel again. My worst experience at a hotel ever.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a nice area with a lot of shopping and dining options. We did have an issue with checking in as the rooms were not ready at our check in time but staff was friendly and very helpful with letting us know when our room would be ready. They are also pet friendly so that was a plus.

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They helped us with checking in, getting into the pool, and with extra supplies when needed. The room was spotless, and the AC was wonderful!

Service was nonexistent. And they didn’t care. Drapes were inoperable, phone didn’t work. Asked GM to send maintenance person, never happened. Same with phone. GM was aware of issue, said “yah, they are broken.” 80% of time no one was at front desk. Never again.

Last year the stay was good. Not good at all this year. Toilet took 30 minutes to fill after flushing. Breakfast was something we looked forward to this year. This year breakfast was terrible! No fruit, frozen muffins, hard butter, no hot coffee, no milk. This used to be a favorite place to stay but this time it was an absolute disaster.

Loved the size of the room. Lots of things in need of repair in our room: an electrical socket that stuck out of the wall, faucet that was loose, faulty light switch by vanity, towel bar that’s loose from the wall. We also got a sour smelling bath towel.
