The service was exceptional. Michael checked us in and he was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back. Hotel is a great location and staff goes over and above to provide a great experience.

When we arrived at the hotel everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Once we got to our room, our beds were stiff and the Toliet was not working. The Toliet overflowed actually and I asked to switch rooms. The front desk person came up to give us the keys to our next room. Our next room still had a few problems. The toilet still had a problem and kept running, the heater kept clicking and my bed felt lopsided which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great either. Not very many choices and the choices didn’t look too appealing. I will say I felt very safe and the area had many great stores and restaurants.

The staff is very supportive. The property is also nicely done. Looks like it was recently(in few years) renovated. As compared to its standard, was expecting breakfast to be more versatile than what they are offering. That was disadvantaged who are counting on it. They had eggs, sausages and beacons. Rest are just regular stuff that is usually found in other hotels. They could have put hash browns and some other hot items. Just a suggestion.
