There are river recreation areas less than 10 minutes drive from the house. Folsom Lake and Lake Natoma are also 10-15 minutes away. There are some great bike/walking trails within walking distance. This location is in a family friendly quiet neighborhood .
Getting Around:
You can walk to some restaurants and stores but it would be best to have a car to get to most things in Folsom. Old historic Folsom would be a short drive or uber/lift.
Other Things to Note:
There is a ring doorbell camera and a motion sensor camera by the gate on the side of the home. No cameras inside the home or backyard area.
