We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property thoroughly. We found it to be perfectly clean and well organized with everything we needed. We loved the backyard. It was beautiful. The pool was so enjoyable as well as the fire pit. The location with easy walking to historic Folsom and the hiking trails was such a great amenity. Greg was a great host and very helpful with our stay., we would love to come back and rent this beautiful property again and plan to do so!

The weather was not the best, a little cooler, cloudy and some rain. However with the pool being heated we still were able to enjoy it.The house was comfortable and well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is maybe some plastic glasses for outdoor use.We had a small issue with the heater and the owner was there in minutes to resolve it.Would definitely stay again.

Really beautiful and expansive property! Great location, walking distance to old Folsom and river (though sidewalks missing in same area). Super cool pool house / ADU in back area. Pool and deck is great for family reunions and meet ups. Greg was a very warm and responsive host. We would definitely re-book again when multiple family members come to town.Only downsides: some parking on the property driveway but no garage so plan to street park. Main house natural light is a bit dimlit but overall lots of light and space on the property.

The property is fabulous—an excellent location for a family gathering. Both homes on site are well kept and stocked with everything needed for cooking. The pool house was great; we used the kitchen and island for serving food since its closest to the pool area. There was ample seating around the pool and on the deck for everyone to gather. The grandchildren especially appreciated the beautiful pool, and the waterfall added to the relaxing ambience. The long driveway accommodated at least three cars. The neighborhood is very walk- and dog-friendly. We had a wonderful three days, and the host communicated well and responded quickly whenever we had questions.

Upon arrival, i had a problem getting in. But Greg, our host was amazing. He rushed over to assist. This was a family trip including my 97 yr old dad. House was more enough to accommodate 9. Between the house and the pool house, everyone was comfortable. Thank you Greg for being one of best hosts we had along our travels. We will definitely kerp you in mind for future plans.
