I made a phone call before I went to the hotel to make sure my room was still available just in case I was going to be late. It wasn't the receptionist at the location that I was staying, it was a general customer service agent. She was unacceptably rude so my weekend started off on the wrong foot! I got to the hotel, the staff in the lobby was wonderful. When I got to my room, the first thing I noticed was a tile floor. Not impressed! The bed was fine, the pillows were fine, and all the amenities were suffice. But there was no bathtub, only a shower and that was very disappointing! The next thing that I noticed was the sound of a basketball. The people beside me had children that played basketball majority of the weekend on the tile floor. The people on the other side of me, I got to listen to every program they watched on TV because the walls were so thin. I had to whisper when I made a phone call and my feet were cold all weekend, even with shoes. If it werent for the staff and good nights sleep, I would've rated poor and been very unhappy about the money spent.
