I made a phone call before I went to the hotel to make sure my room was still available just in case I was going to be late. It wasn't the receptionist at the location that I was staying, it was a general customer service agent. She was unacceptably rude so my weekend started off on the wrong foot! I got to the hotel, the staff in the lobby was wonderful. When I got to my room, the first thing I noticed was a tile floor. Not impressed! The bed was fine, the pillows were fine, and all the amenities were suffice. But there was no bathtub, only a shower and that was very disappointing! The next thing that I noticed was the sound of a basketball. The people beside me had children that played basketball majority of the weekend on the tile floor. The people on the other side of me, I got to listen to every program they watched on TV because the walls were so thin. I had to whisper when I made a phone call and my feet were cold all weekend, even with shoes. If it werent for the staff and good nights sleep, I would've rated poor and been very unhappy about the money spent.

Everyrhing was, clean, quiet, good and functioned as it should. Shower toilet seperate from sink and mirror. Beds are higher and comfy, but bouncy. Challenging for shorter and older people with balance or mobility issues. Be sure to be there on time for breakfast. They put stuff away just before they said it ended. Good options and pretty good food though. They have smaller travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion, with bar soap. Overall really good short stay. Has a refrigerator but no freezer to refreeze ice packs.
