Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. The coffee maker in our room was not working, and despite reporting it several times, it was never replaced. On the first night, there was an event at the hotel, and due to the loud noise, we were unable to sleep until around 3 a.m. The toilet flush was also not working properly, and we had to flush multiple times each time. We were not satisfied with the food quality either. On a positive note, the manager was very polite and professional. After we expressed our concerns, she apologized, invited us to lunch at the hotel, and assured us that these issues would receive closer attention in the future.
