Dissapointed

The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. They had a toaster connected to an electrical extension and the breaker will not stay on. I got ill and needed to come back before. I liked Panama, people very friendly, but I know I will never go back to this hotel.

Hotel is an older hotel with very large rooms. We enjoyed our stay and is very well prices with a more than avg breakfast for what you are paying. Very centrally located

The coffee table was broken and the broken side piece was just set into place, the stand up mirror was very unstable. There was black mold on the ceiling of the shower stall. The shower stall had no soap dish, just a rusted piece of hardware where it used to be and the granite floor of the walk in shower was extremely slippery. They had no coffee maker in the room, no Wifi in the room we had to go to the lobby for internet. Our room was not made up by housekeeping and when I asked for 2 dry towels the evening before departure, there were none. Overall we were disappointed. On a positive note, it was quiet for sleeping and the serving lady at breakfast was a lovely lady.

Good value for the money. Hotel is looking tired and worn. We had a very large room with a king size bed and large sitting area with a chair, sofa and writing desk. The window shades were broken and tied up with twine and the view outside was of an abandoned building. The staff was very helpful and nice and the daily breakfast was very good.

A dump and terrible hotel

Terrible terrible terrible. Lights did not work, no hangers, no iron, no hot water, windows wont shut. At the time of checkout, i have to wait for 30 mins because no one was at feont. At the time of check in, they charge $25 for the extra person even my booking mention 2 people. This is a most terrible stay of my life and i travel once a week.

Deville Hotel Boutique, Panama City: Nice hotel. Big room. Relatively good breakfast, but starting at 7 am. Helpful reception. It seems Panama City does not have a down town, but the hotel is near main streets where shops & people are. Numerous restaurants of all kinds.

Pleased and happy

Really large room with desk and sitting area. Very comfortable king bed. Extra large bathroom and huge shower in a white marble room. The furniture was an antique wood that complemented the rooms decor. I was very pleased with the hotel and breakfast, would stay again

Location is excellent. Close to the water and excellent places to eat. Truly unique layout. Towels are sad, water will never get hot, though much of Panama City does not have hot water. Breakfast is fine. Coffee maker in room is available upon request.

The staff are very kind.I felt like a was in a friend's house. The room are big and clean. Breakfast complete. Wi Fi excellente signal. Near just walking, farmacy, food restaurants, casino, etc. The only thing that I missed are the hand towels and they should change bath towels, but I give them 5 stars. I would stay again.
