This flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms, a shower room with WC and a terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room, allowing you to prepare your meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. The kitchen is equipped with 3 hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge.

Our flat has 2 comfortable bedrooms for up to 4 people.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity unit with mirror. It's the perfect place to freshen up after a day out on the town.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 1st floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Emplacement idéal mais prestation moyenne

Appartement vraiment bien situé mais difficulté au moment de l’arrivée pas de code pas d’accès … finalement j’ai réussi à joindre la conciergerie.Tout est bien qui finit bien.J’ai passé un bon séjour mais pas de vaisselle, deux casseroles sans téflon et presque rien pour le petit déjeuner. Terrasse très sale et salle de bain qui sent les égouts.La banquette a des trous de cigarette.En dehors de ça on était ravis mais si vous cherchez un appartement niquel passez votre chemin.
