Parking access is terrible Bar menu is poorly done and very limited. No espresso all day. Only privilege rooms I was told? Staff trying to accommodate but can’t flex with management decisions. The location was perfect for us. Our room wasn’t overly spacious but was well kept and comfortable. Beautiful view of the cathedral from our balcony. The church bells on Sunday morning were amazing! Parking is available under the hotel. Accessing the parking was an interesting adventure as we navigated through what are typically pedestrian walkways with automated bollards. We managed to catch an incredible light show one evening on the exterior of the cathedral. We definitely would stay here again!
