Location is spot on. Very close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to Markthal and the Cubed Houses. Room was good size and bed pretty comfy.

My partner and I stayed in one of the pods - was so clean and tidy, everything felt brand new. If you’re staying in one of the pods, we recommend bringing cheap sliders / flip flops for the showers and walking around the shared bathroom area. The bathroom was very well maintained. When everyone is in their pods, you can’t hear a thing (so it really is soundproof) but if anyone is walking in the corridor and talking you can really hear it in your room. Considering there were big groups staying in other pods near to us, there was no disruptive noise! The staff were lovely, locked out of my room at 3am (in my flip flops) and a lovely fella at the bar helped with no issues. Food and drink at the bar in reception are great, the area is used for people working on their laptops during the day so feels like a really nice area to lounge in. Walkable to Beurs station and so many nice pubs/food places nearby. Ferry was a great LGBTQ+ club only a 3 min walk away. Check out is at 11 - we got out of our pod right before 11 and got ready to go in the bathroom to do final bits. When we went down to hand our keycards in we got told off for being late to check out (we didn’t realise it didn’t just mean out of the room by 11!) so beware you might be told off lol. Apart from that, great stay and would book again.

The room was spacious for our family. The fridge was tiny, smallest we have ever seen in a hotel. Nice location but no parking. Nearby garage is not stroller friendly.

Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam
