The room was a bit sad. Cobwebs outside the windies. The whole hotel is a bit dilapidated and sad. We had a big spa bath in the room which only worked as a tub but my 11 yr old enjoyed it. The breakfast was ok but the coffee ma phone was broken . Close to hot spas though and lots of guests there

Big but old rooms. Everything was in immaculate state, but windows were old. I think, it could be cold in winters, however, there's a heatpump in the unit. In any case, I stayed during the summer, and my stay was perfect! The heated swimming pool is amazing, two hot mineral pools are awesome. There's a good laundry for guests, got my clothes clean and dry very quickly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their cincere effort to make my stay with them comfortable.

The room was very nice and great facilities, however the booking system for the tennis court and towels was contradictory, the signs said one thing but the staff said the opposite.

Room was great, staff friendly and helpful only issue was no washer or dryer in a 2 bed appartment, about a 8 min walk in to town pretty good value for money,we would stay here again
