Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I stayed in this hotel for two nights. We were in a room right by the elevators. The first night was fine, but the second night had a group that was screaming and laughing at 11pm right outside the elevator, so we could hear everything. The room next door to us had people jumping on the beds and knocking into the shared wall.
The room was overall clean, except the bath tub was very old and had brown stains all over it as well as hair from previous people stuck to the walls.
I paid for breakfast for two mornings when booking. The first morning had limited food and the coffee and other drinks ran out early. The second morning, even though several signs say that breakfast is open from 7a-10a, was closed when we went down to eat. The person at the front desk just said “they didn’t open breakfast this morning” and then ducked his head down and wouldn’t acknowledge us anymore. You have to PAY for breakfast and they didn’t open or even acknowledge why.
Overall very disappointing and I wouldn’t stay here again.
