This was the worst hotel I’ve been to. The pool and hot tub are shut down. The parking felt unsafe and barely plowed. We were given the wrong room at first. There was blood on the sheets, and boogers in the wall. The breakfast was just a self serve waffle and we had to go to the hotel lobby to use a microwave to heat it up. Felt like the heat to the building is shut off and half the building is shut down. There were people sitting in the hallway outside our room for part of the night felt unsafe. Do not stay at this hotel!!

The tub didn't drain. The AC/heater had a loud knocking sound when it was running. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The treadmills in the gym were broken. The microwave in my room wouldn't work. But it was less than the $200+ a night of everyplace else in town

We had no hot water on Saturday morning. We were informed that there was no hot in the hotel because the boiler had gone out. They did not know when it would be fixed. It was repaired by the time we got back to our room late Saturday night.

This was without question the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. Vents full of mold and it looked like they had never been cleaned. Blood stain on the sheets. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. No hot water.

The entire facility was lacking hot water. The water was not even warm. COLD water for everyone. Also, the entire building was being renovated. Dirt & dust everywhere. There should be a refund issued to all.
