Good location - nice and quiet area but convenient to plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There were tons of outlets! I call that out for 2 reasons - the obvious is of course now we tend to travel with various electronics that likely survive by charging. And the other reason is convenience to setup alternate "get ready stations". Since the toilet, shower and sink/counter space are all behind one door, having alternative options in the room to use hair tools or an iron was key. The cabinet top, desk area, snack table or even coffee table were all available options since there were outlets around each. Would definitely book here again if/when back in Rosenberg.

They are remodeling some rooms but it was clean enough. For the price it was okay.

Upon arrival the clerk appeared busy and I was eventually greeted with a “Yes” not hello or how can I help you. Very short with her conversation not welcoming at all. Room was nice and clean slept and showered well ..breakfast station was empty at 830am no refills on eggs or sausage lights were off in the kitchen so I’m not sure what was happening but that was disappointing seeing as how I specifically chose this hotel for the amenities great area if you want to shop

Good room, great breakfast! Cleanliness was good, but could be better. There were little hairs in a few places and the exhaust fan was very dirty. But overall it was a good place. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned between days so had to ask for towels. But that was not an issue. Very friendly service desk.

I did not like at all that when I went back to the hotel 4 am , from a party, I had to go bank twice to the front desk to reset my room key because it did not open my door.... I just wanted to sleep and rest, not to go forward and back to the front desk at that time, my key was not close to my cell phone
