I would have given two stars but the bartenders and food at the restaurant brought it up to three stars. They had two elevators and on my second day there one broke down and then two days later at 4 am when leaving to check out I met a lady standing at the elevator saying she has been there for 5 minutes and the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. When going to try and check out no one was at the desk, three people were waiting to check out then the night auditor walked past us and said I’m on break, sorry then shut the door. Which was very disappointing.

Rooms were clean, but hotel was very loud. Cars doing donuts in the parking lot throughout the night and loud guests coming in drunk at 3 in the morning don't make for a restful night.

One Overnight - Comfortable No Surprises

Jeremy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, the public areas of the hotel and the room were in great condition and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast waiter was personable. It was a good experience.

Parking - since when do you make people staying at your facility pay for parking and the post that you are not responsible for any damage or theft of your car. I understand that people use your parking lot to park their car when they are traveling via air but you chose to punish your patrons by charging them to park. Totally wrong. If you are concerned about stopping the airport travelers from parking in your lot then give your patrons a ticket to place in the window of their vehicle and make an agreement with a local towing company to police your lot and tow any vehicle that does not have a ticket in their window. Charging your patrons is immoral and wrong.

It was an absolute horrible stay this is a three-star hotel it's not even a two-star hotel do yourself a favor save me $240 go elsewhere go to the Marriott do something better go to courtyard for that matter. I mean you can't even watch television cuz this goes out then don't have dish. Total garbage needs to be refurbished from the inside out

The room was very clean..I didn't interact with anyone except the person that checked me into the hotel. Was watching television in I the bar and made us wait a few minutes, but I don't expect any type of customer service anymore. Also we were there for four days and every time we left or came back in and walked past anyone that was at the desk, no one ever said hello. Just their heads down on their phones. But for a little over $200.00 a night plus $10.00 for parking they are like the rest of them
