Very close to Ottaviano metro! Perfect location hotel for the price! Friendly staffs and nice! Clean room and big room! The only suggestion please check your remote control maybe the battery is old.

The reception to White Vatican is in one location but my room was approx 5 mins walk away. The room was clean. A/C remote could not be found and rang twice the mob lrovided leaving an answer machine message but received no reply. Luckily the weather was cool enough not to need it. Colleagues on the same trip were in other White Vatican locations with far worse rooms.

Only gave us one key per room and after some of us being locked in the room because others had gone out and locked the room as ones staying were sleeping, they were locked in and had to yell for someone to let them out. We then asked for another key and were told they only have one. We told them it was a fire hazard for them to be locked in and when we said if there actually was a fire the people locked inside would die, he just looked at us and said ya. Wasn’t impressed with service but room was fine

Property was in a great location for the Vatican and St Peter’s Square which was the main reason for choosing it. Accommodation is basic and clean but tired. Certainly no frills. No breakfast as advertised and paid for. Bedroom was in another building from the main one were you check in - 10mins walk. No daily room service to empty bins etc. but we were only there for 3 days so not an issue for us. It did the job for us which was basically a bed for the night but don’t expect anything more!!

I arrived earlier than check in time at a building that I could not find and residents couldn't identity either. Once I finally arrived, another property owner/manager let me in. I made my way upstairs and the rooms were being prepared for the next guests. After checking in a large party, I was next, paid my hotel tax and was told this was not the building where I was residing. I was instantly ticked off. I was escorted to another building about 4 blocks away. This is not the thing that you want to do in the heat of the summer and after a very long flight. Once at the other building, I was given 4 keys - Main door-key #1, upon opening you see 2 buildings-key #2 for my building. Elevator to my wing-using key #3 (this lock gave me problems every time, I even had to get other ppl to assist, when it would finally open-key# 4 to my room. The AC was not working properly, I attempted to make the room cooler (to no avail) then I popped into the shower, the shower didn't drain. My head was about to explode. After my shower, I messaged the "front desk" and shared my grievances and told them I was leaving for a few hours. Upon my return, with an electric fan in hand, all repairs were completed with a nice cool room and draining tub. Other annoying door #3, the AC and non draining tub, the small room was perfect for me. However, the bidet did not allow for the bathroom door to fully open, so I was always squeezing my way in and out.

To begin with, the room was not actully at the advertised location. Then, the room did not actually match the online pictures, but had old and damaged furniture and was dirty.

The room that we stayed was not featured in any of the 132 pictures they have in Expedia. We walked to another building after checking in for another 5-7 mins. When we arrived at the property, we noticed how bad the room and we reached out to the person who checked us in. He explained that they managed many properties but I re-iterated that this particular room is unacceptable. He told me that he will talk to his manager and he will call me back but he didn’t. I called for the rest of the night but he did not answered any of my calls.

Unfriendly staff, no warmth and unwilling to help with queries. Wifi is almost non-existent, very poor signal. Unsecured door locks, with only a flimsy manual door latch. TV didn't work for the 4 days we stayed there. Generally Poor communication from the staff, specially in giving out instruction for checking in and checking out

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT a hotel. More like a bargain Air BnB within an apartment building. Even the apartment residents say the rooms are disgusting. Honestly one of the worst places I’ve stayed in my whole life. You could feel the bars of the bed frame when you lay down, there’s scuffs all over the walls, stuff that looks like black mold on the walls, and the shower was TINY. Also to connect to the wifi you have to stand under a specific spot in the building, and then it doesn’t even reach your room. The gentleman at the reception was nice, and that’s the only positive remark I have to make. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES OR LOCATION, it is NOT worth it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We chose this place over many others beacuse we would be arriving after midnight and online they said 24 hour lobby. After telling management the time of our arrival they told us "our lobby is not open overnight but we will send you self check in instructions" Confused, we accepted it and waited for insturctions on how to check in. They sent us an electronic key to open the building that did not work. So my family was left stranded on the streets 2 am with nowhere to sleep. We called them multiple times to help us and got no answer. We had to go to 4 different hotels before we found a place to sleep. The next morning we texted them that we would be checking in after a tour we had already booked at 11 am. They said "no problem we open at 1 pm anyways" During our tour we recieved a text from the host saying our room is no longer available and lost the reservation. Frustrated we left our tour early to figure out what was going on since we booked this place for 3 nights. Once we got to the hotel and tried to check in, this disgustingly rude host got into verbal argument with us on how it was our fault we lost the reservation, how they never claimed to be open 24 hours, how we should have came earlier in the morning before 1 pm to check in. He even lied to us saying the hotel was completely booked and they had no space for us. His employees, who also seemed fed up with him, told him to stop arguing and that they would accommodate us. So they did have room for us

Great no frills place. Rooms could use a refresh. Bathroom was awkward. Hot water runs out quickly. Elevator works. Can’t beat the location. Safe and Decent - be modest in your expectations and this will be a great place to sleep and shower. Not a spa or a resort. Not the place to just hang out in the room. As such, it’s great!!
