Adequate but not cosy

The owner was unable to meet us at the designated check in time, however keys were arranged for collection. We could not find the bathroom across the hall as there was no signage for this. There was a cupboard door which was the entrance to the bathroom. The room (suite 1) itself was tiny, smaller than expected. Breakfast vouchers were provided but we could not find where to go for this even though verbal directions were given. The wireless password was not easy to enter as it was difficult to read and the owner kindly entered this into our phone for us. The accomodation was in a good location with plenty of cafes and a minimart on the corner.
