The ‘hotel’ is in a good location between Vatican City and the Pantheon. There are 5 rooms on the fourth floor that make up the hotel and there is a small elevator that will hold 2-3 people and a couple of suitcases. The front desk is attended between 8:00 and 18:00, but you will be given a key and a code to get into the building and the ‘hotel’. We felt very safe at this location. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Giulia set up transportation for us to and from the train station. They also allow you to drop your bags off before check-in or leave them after check-out if you have an afternoon or evening train or flight. I would stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

It's fantastic area St Angelo castle bridge just 10 steps from entrance of property and St Peter's Basilica is a couple of hundred meters. The front desk Ms Irene was very kind and knowledgeable, it really helped, Room was cozy but clean and modern ,Around area lots of dinning options. I strongly recommend this property.
