The brand-new apartment is on the third floor of a 1920 building with a lift. Located in Rome, in the heart of the lively Testaccio neighborhood, full of restaurants and moments from the Coliseum, Trastevere, and the center. It comes out from a meticulous renovation and boasts original brick ceilings, double-glazed windows, air-conditioning, and colorful paintings on the walls signed by popular Francisco Cordoba (that you could even buy, if you like).
The 2 air-co bedrooms have their own en-suite shower bathroom and are full of natural light. Beds have comfy high new mattresses and one can be arranged as a double or a twin with high-quality bed linen.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine with a dryer, a Mw, and an electric kettle. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed. Max flexibility to check-in via a smart digital lock.
