This hotel was in the most idea location for sight seeing, food, transportation, etc. Very clean and quiet. Easy check in and out process. Front desk receptionist kind and helpful. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be back for our next Rome trip!

Daniel at the desk was wonderful and so helpful.Our unit which was the only one not renovated and had winding wrought iron stairs up to the bathroom on second level.Quite dangerous so we were super careful esp using those stairs at night.Next time we would make sure to get renovated suite with BR on same level.Fantastic location.5Minute walk to Spanish Steps fantastic restaurants around outside our door.Elevator slow but walked the 80 steps up all of the time.

This is a good spot to stay at if you want do a lot of shopping and dining. Good area close to the Spanish steps. The rooms are bit warm and it is very noisy downstairs. They do provide earplugs but since the AC did not cool too much we had to keep the window open and it was a bit louder than we liked. Front desk was very nice and attentive. Overall a nice place and very clean.

The hotel it is great. The location it is amazing and the rooms are very nice. The air condition needs to be upgraded for a better comfort during the hot summer days

The suite we had was very nice, the only complaint was four women one bathroom!😉 but it was very spacious and had some nice amenities. Very great location near the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, very walkable even to the Vatican and the Colosseum. There is lots of shopping nearby and great places to eat! Highly recommend.

We were going to be checking in just after they close the desk, so I called and was sent easy-to-follow instructions via WhatsApp. The main area is nice and there is a coffee/tea/refreshment area which was welcoming. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom was bright and clean. Beds are quite firm. Great view over the piazza. Front desk offers a discount to the cafe downstairs. The patio doors don’t keep out much sound unfortunately. Location is perfect for getting around.

How to find the hotel

Great spot. To locate the hotel find the Audemars Puget watch store. When facing the store go to the left. There is a small outdoor hallway that dead ends into a Baptist church. Take the stairs and go to the 4th floor where you will find the lobby (there is an elevator but you need an access code). Enjoy your stay and remember the walls are thin in Rome so respect your neighbors and be quiet!

Great location Micheal and Daniel both were very helpful. Micheal went above and beyond to help us get the train tickets to Ravenna as most of the Rome trains were on strike the days we were travelling

The room was spacious enough for 3 people and was centrally located. We were able to walk all over Rome's central area to see the sites. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would go back to stay at Splendor Suites again.

My wife and I stayed here for two days back in May of this year. We had a great stay. We arrived after check in hours and were able to obtain our key from the front desk (we were sent a very helpful instructional video). The area around the property is absolutely charming and wonderful. Right outside are amazing shops and restaurants. It felt incredibly safe at nighttime. It was an easy walk to major sightseeing attractions. Our room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The only downside is that the shower flooded the bathroom easily (but this is a common occurrence with European showers it seems). The hotel also has an elevator, which was very nice and hard to find! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our suite was extremely large (at 1,400 sq ft), had tons of AC, and was centrally located with many high end and gift shops around. It was a welcome resting place to escape from the summer heat. Would highly recommend.

Great central location. Quiet rooms. We had a large suite with additional bed on a mezzanine. Would have liked a larger coffee table and more space to make tea and coffee. Lovely friendly staff.
