We booked two rooms for 5 nights and the staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and updated. Great location. The only draw back for me was a little noisy in the mornings. Everything else was great.

Liked: Clean and spacious room, nice dark room. Great central location, within 20 mins walk off most sightseeing attractions. Did not like: Not child friendly - on the top floor, tiny lift that barely fits a pram in let alone anyone else. Door to enter the reception is also very narrow, not big enough to fit a pram in. Breakfast options were poor and not fit for a toddler. Didn't like that you order breakfast once and they bring you the same thing everyday, I would have liked to chose differently every day.

Staff is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Great location. Elevator not so appealing but I get that many things in Rome are being preserved in its traditional and authentic state.

Felt safe arriving through big entrance doors into a quiet area behind in a courtyard in the city centre. Everything you needed for a short stay in the city. Room was bright and clean. All staff at reception and those preparing breakfast were very helpful and courteous.

It wasn’t included, but the breakfast for 7.50 euros was worth it. Food was fresh and good. Eating in the room saved lots of time in the mornings. They even prepared a “to go” box for us the morning we needed to leave early for our flight. Front desk staff were fabulous.

Excellent location. Room is clean although a bit on the smaller side. Staffs generally nice, the gentlemen checked us in was really nice and meticulous. Breakfast in room is a good idea but there really isn't enough room to enjoy it, and every morning will be the same food if you don't change your choices everyday
