The service in general is very pleasant, the place is just as they offer it. The area is good and very easy access to everything. Only if there is a problem with odors and hygiene with the people staying, if it becomes very unpleasant, should they do something and help make the stay comfortable.

My friend and I stayed for one night and booked the twin double bed. The room felt haunted gross in Erie the painting on the wall walls make it look like the entire place is stained and there is only one small window in the corner 9 feet above the ceiling. The beds felt dirty, the shower felt like there would be mold in there. Overall, not a great stay and they also only give you one towel, which is about the size of floormat. The one plus is the location it is very conveniently close to everything while being somewhat affordable. It also has a lot of good restaurants around it.

Zero noise control, people screaming and yelling from 2200-0500, pounding on doors, running around with zero staff intervention. Acknowledge it’s a hostel, however you would assume some level of accountability to allow people to actually sleep.

The Ryanair of hostels

Overall, a terrible experience with this hostel. Firstly, I had to pay to check in. Never thought it would ever be possible in a hotel but yeah. Apparently if you don’t do an online check in, you have to pay for it at the desk. You’re supposed to get an email for it, which I never did but the reception demanded that I’ll pay anyway. Then we get to the room. The AC doesn’t work so it was too hot throughout my stay. The bathroom had ants and there were food leftovers at my locker so the rooms aren’t clearly cleaned properly. In the kitchen, there’s pretty much nothing. No forks, no spoons, not even towel paper which makes cooking anything or even just being there pretty difficult. The breakfast is a croissant and one hot drink. It’s free so I guess it’s something? And then we had the rude staff in the reception that never made it enjoyable to be there. Obviously I’m never coming back here since these people clearly don’t know how to run a proper hostel.

It's a nice place. I arrived late (4am) because my flight was delayed a lot, so they charged me 10 euros extra, tbh I don't know if this clause is written somewhere but I didn't know, and I was so tired that I payed without hesitation but it is an important fact to know. Bedrooms are nice. Bed's are not private (it's just a bunk bed, not like those "cabin beds" where you close your courtain), but they're good. I stayed in a 6 people bedroom and it was nice. Sharing bathroom with only 6 people was way better than sharing it with many more or with the whole floor like in other hostels. The hostel is 20 min walking from the colosseum, 30 from trevi, 45 to trastevere, 1 hr to the vatican. It is very centric but it is not in the historic center area so take that into account if you mind walking too much or if Trastevere or the Vatican are in your "must visit" list.

This place is perfectly mediocre at best. A lot of stuff is broken or totally missing. The shower head was totally busted in the room and the AC didn’t function. Super hot, almost impossible to sleep at night because of it. Oh and the wifi sucks, also the kitchen is super filthy and someone ate all the food I had stored in the fridge. Other than that it’s good, it’s super close to everything a tourist will want to see and the staff great. There’s also a chill garden area outside and a couple indoor lounges that have AC
