Located in the historic Trastevere district, this apartment is the ideal place from which you can easily leave to discover the heart of Rome. And to go back to relax in the living room, while you think back on the wonders that you admired a few steps from your home. The apartment is very well finished and is equipped with all comforts. The Trastevere area is very lively and full of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars, etc. Easily accessible from Fiumicino airport by public transport.

The accommodation

Joy Apartment 1 is a large 70m2 apartment, located on the second floor (with elevator) of a period building in an elegant street in the center of the Trastevere district.

It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, an independent bedroom with a double bed, a four season wardrobe and a small terrace with a bright view, a large bathroom with a bidet and a bathtub with a shower and a comfortable kitchen and equipped with everything needed to prepare both complete lunches and tasty Italian breakfasts (with espresso machine).

Guests will have independent heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, WiFi.

The refined furnishings (with some pieces in the 50s style) and the complete supplies allow up to 4 guests to stay in comfort, making the experience of visiting Rome full of joy!

Spacious apartment in Trastevere neighborhood of Rome. Highly Recommended! Joy Apartment 1 is very spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, well-appointed and in a great location. There was strong A/C in living room and bedroom. Washing machine and drying rack was provided. The bed was very comfortable and there is a ton of storage with dresser and wardrobe. We loved using the terrace off the bedroom, especially for morning coffee or late evening wine. The apartment is in a great location, and we walked everywhere. It's located a little over 1 mile from Roma Trastevere train station, close to the center of Trastevere, about 5 minutes from caffes and the grocery store (Conad) and about a 30-45 minute walk to the majority of the tourist spots (St. Peter's, Campo Dei Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc). We were up early taking advantage of what Rome has to offer and then enjoyed relaxing and cooling off in the apartment in the afternoons before we set off again in the evenings.The automatic door locks made it easy to get in/out of the building and apartment and it was very safe. There is a booklet with information provided re: how to use the coffee maker, restaurant recommendations, expectations for use, etc. There were also some books to borrow. The owner, Marco, was quick to respond via text to any questions we had. We plan to return to Rome again soon and hope to stay here again! Thank you so much!

Fantastic apartment and Location

We had 6 nights here and it wasn't enough. Apartment is perfect....we walked to Rome several times, walked to the Vatican, but most importantly enjoyed Trastevere...amazing restaurants, cafes, nearby everything. Loved it

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen, sie ist perfekt für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, fußläufig gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars aber auch Supermärkte und eine hervorragende Bäckerei. Wer lärmempfindlich ist und bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen möchte sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen, da die Fenster zur Straße sind.
