Consuelo & Efisio were a great team for breakfast - and they had the best cappuccino ☕️ Y Giada, Eduardo excellent as well! Beautiful, elegant hotel in a great location: If you want to stay in a place where you will be treated like family, that has a great location and that is beautiful outside & in - then I certainly recommend this palazzo in Roma! The property has some very nice features such as private grounds which offer a tranquil space and which are really lovely in the evening. However the annex suites are in need a a serious spruce u (damaged walls, broken decking and furniture, lights not working) Overall this property is a nice option in Rome but it is not what you would normally consider a 4* hotel. There is no restaurant on site for afternoon/evening meals and breakfast was extremely limited and basic. No food was allowed to be taken from the breakfast so if you turned up with only 15 mins to spare you couldn't even take an apple or yogurt to the room as two really bizarre examplessome noise problems caused by building work being carried out in the adjoining suite. Staff at reception are lovely and the cleaning staff do a great job. Overall a 3* hotel with a lack of amenities and in need of a facelift but saved by great staff at reception

Service was great!
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room such a nice place to start the day. I especially appreciated the front desk staff- they were so professional and helpful! We quickly needed a taxi on our last day and they assisted us. The walk to the metro station takes you past a great gelateria too!
