Comfortable and well Recommended

The staff was great, and Emanuele was invaluable in explaining the map and points of interest. The great location has all the amenities. From the Metro” subway,” we had a deal with breakfast included. A grocery store and 24-hour small shops are also within the area.

I like the place but the price dropped so low that I feel that is not fair that I paid almost 140 dollars by night and later they were selling same night for 24 dollars Also the a/c never worked enough good The breakfast was delicious and I like the area because easy to arrive and easy to go

Room was nice with a good view from the balcony. Beds comfortable, air conditioner worked great and fridge was nice to keep our beverages cold. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was helpful. Rooftop was closed it would have been a nice view from the pictures other travelers have posted. Walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars.

Conveniently located. We were able to walk to the Metro. Bus stop really close by. 24-hour Carrefour supermarket less than 5 minutes away. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of variety of food and drinks. Grazie!

Nice hotel, good stay

This hotel has some strong points - it was very clean, the beds were firm and the most important part is the staff was very helpful. The not-so-great part is the shower was tiny (and I’m not a big person). It was maybe 2,5 ft x 3.5 ft. They had enough room in the bathroom for a bidet so clearly they could have made it a little bigger. Also, the location wasn’t that great. Otherwise, it was a good value for the money and the staff was really amazing.

Great place to stay. Family friendly

The hotel was more than I expected. Roberto at the front desk was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding restaurants, activities, local shopping and getting us airport transportation. The breakfast was a buffet with so many options. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and full of food. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and was made up 1st thing in the morning. The area surrounding the hotel was safe and close to public transit. When we return to Rome we will definitely be staying here.

The Hotel was good but the rooms were so tiny!

I was pretty upset when I walked in and saw the room being so tiny. No dresser, extremely tiny "closet", tiny shower, just felt more like a bed with space than a room. The overall hotel was really nice and the front desk were always so nice and great. My favorite part would have been the sweet woman during breakfast. She was always happy and super friendly. A really huge fan of her! Just wish the rooms were bigger, more amenities in them, and more color.
