Fine but quite noisy
Reception staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a bit cold feeling due to it not having carpeted floors - this also added to the sound travelling a lot in the hotel. You could hear other guests coming and got and I could hear to running water/toilet of my 'neighbours' quite well. This lead to me struggling to get to sleep due to people talking in the corridors etc. I think carpets or something to stop the sound travelling as well would be helpful. There isn't air con which was not so much of an issue in March when I visited but could be an issue in warmer months. My room did get quite warm on my last day and even having the windows wide open, I struggled to cool it to a more comfortable temperature. I found I was a decent walk from a lot of things (20-35 mins) which was fine but when I'd spent a day walking around and between various attractions (averaging 10-16 miles per day), that walk is worth taking into account. Based on the price and the experience I had regarding the noise, I probably wouldn't stay hear again. But I will say that every member of staff I had interactions with was very kind and helpful.

Do not stay here. Mattresses are terrible, you can actually feel the metal and they would not do anything about it. In the same area there are other hotel Moderno or Weatern that seem much newer. Avoid at all cost
