Though alll was terrible, the price was $269 per night. Avoid Termini Syation area and book other fancy hotel with lower rate. Use train, bus, tram and public trasnportation. It would be much effective and happier.

This hotel is a reasonable option for cost-conscious accommodations, conveniently located a short walk from Rome Termini station, and close to the spectacular Basilica of Saint Maria Maggiore. But it's a fairly shabby place and feels pretty run-down; there was a sizable hole in my room's wall-board and furniture fixtures that felt like they were falling apart. Everything worked overall and the stay was functional, but it felt overpriced in relation to the quality of the product.

We arrived at 8:00 am, but check in was only at 2:00 pm. The person at the front desk hesitated but agreed to keep our one bag so we can visit meanwhile. The fees you have to pay at arrival (not check in) is in cash only and you won’t receive the room key. No receipt will be given to you. When we came back after 2:45 pm it was an other man, who did not speak English neither Italian. He wanted to charged the fee again… we had no keys yet , didn’t know our room number and they were a mistake with the room on our bag tag and the one we were supposed to have. He entered the room our bag was tagged to , it was occupied and I was mortified. After some calls back and forth in a language I don’t know, It was chaotic and it took a while, that man sorted out. No apologies given. Arriving in the room: no paper toilet, no coffee maker, 1 cheap shampoo, mold in shower and squeaky shower fan/light. Not worth the price 102$/night. After some complain they gave us extra towel , extra cheap shampoo packet and toilet paper. Location was perfect tho , 15 min from the coliseum but I’m grading the service and quality of the hotel.

Hotel en rénovation. Salle de bain limite. En fonction du personnel à la réception accueil aimable ou complément indifférent. Chambre, le ménage pas fait pour 2 nuits juste changement de serviettes. Le point fort la position de l'hôtel : à 2 pas de la gare roma termini et à 2pas de tout. Excellente position.
