This place is amazing. Rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly and amazing humans. Close to the Vatican and many other things in walking distance. Have stayed here twice now and it will be my go to hotel for future stays.

Receptionists were informative and very polite. Marco was particularly warm and engaging and helpful. Building was worn but it is Rome. Room was very clean. Bed mattress was comfortable. Metro stop was walkable and convenient to use to get to tourist sites. The hearth hotel is almost directly across the street to entrance of Vatican museum. St. Peter’s bacilica entrance is a short walk.

Good location near the Vatican. Metro station near by. Easy connection to Termini Station & Leonardo Express to & from airport. Staff was friendly & room was clean. Fabio at the front desk was especially great. I also appreciated that it was very quiet for the duration of my stay. Would book with them again.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location to visit the Vatican & Museum, but difficult to get to many other Rome landmarks. The room had an updated bathroom (good) but the rest needed a coat of paint. Otherwise, no complaints, it was clean and no problems

Hearth hotel is a lovely, clean hotel in the middle of the Vatican Museum busy-ness. Terrific location, and a few good restaurants around, that even the Italians go to/wait to eat at. We were there only one evening because we had to change travel plans and go home sooner, but it was clean, and the hotel staff were outstanding. If you want a great location, and don’t mind the bustle outside, this would be it. We would go back!

The front desk personnel were extremely helpful. Pietro, in particular, was super friendly and professional in dealing with us. He ensured that we have everything we need. Provided us very useful information on where the best places for dining, shopping and the area in general. Will definitely stay at this place again!

Nice property right near the Vatican Museum. Big, clean rooms with air conditioning! A small elevator came in handy, especially when transporting luggage. Buffet breakfast included, with regular staples: scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff can assist with transfers, restaurant recommendations and tourism suggestions. Customers looking for varied pillow menu or varied shower gel, shampoo and conditioner will need to bring their own. 5 minute walk to the nearest subway stop. Overall, nice hotel near The Vatican.
