Not as advertised

We had to wait 45 minutes in 90 degree heat for the host to arrive. We're traveling on a motorcycle so no way to get out of the heat. The apartment is not a country house as advertised, it was in a run down questionable neighborhood. Fruit nor water were replaced daily. We asked if we could leave our luggage while we went to Vatican city which was 30 minutes away. We agreed we would pick it up between 2:30 and3:00 and that we would text to confirm. When I sent the text to meet at 3 pm, she responded that if we weren't there by 2:30 we would not get our luggage. Her photos show a washing machine and stated there was a stove. Neither were available to use because she doesn't pay for the gas and would be sited by the police if it was used. Would not recommend.

Dream vacation

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Benedetta, was eager to answer all the questions that we had. On site we had also fresh fruits, coffee, candy and water, daily. The best part is that they were also prepared with a tourist map, indicating the most important places to visit and were to eat. They are very flexible also.

Affordable and Cozy

This location is away from the city, but close enough to the various public transportations. Grazia, the owner and her family are very welcoming and helpful. They provided various recommendations for restaurants and markets. My fiance and I enjoyed our stay and recommend this place!

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto del nostro soggiorno romano a Desiderio di Roma. E' accogliente, vicina e ben collegata al centro, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, la camera è esattamente come mostrata in foto, ordinata e pulita.. Insomma, saremmo rimasti volentieri qualche altro giorno!
