Loretta è gentilissima e premurosa. Si preoccupa di farvi sentire a casa e instaurare un clima piacevole. Sono arrivata in tarda serata e mi ha preparato una tisana d'accoglienza, nessun problema per i check-in in tarda serata perché è una signora atipica: non dorme mai ed è sempre a disposizione!
