We paid for a superior room, there was nothing superior about it. It was a tiny room with a window that looked out into a dingy enlcosed courtyard. There was a spa use included in our booking which we tried to use twice but both times were told the spa was full, sorry. Overall location was good but we did not get what we paid for at all and were put in a shoebox of a room, pictures are extremely misleading.

Great historical building in a bustling and fun part of town. Staff was great and very helpful, treated us wonderfully and spoke excellent English. Big room especially for Europe! Would definitely stay here again!
