Bij aankomst erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de goed Engels sprekende Sarah. Duidelijke uitleg gekregen van de werking van pasjes voor binnenkomst etcetera. Fijn en veilig systeem! De auto konden wij veilig parkeren in de eigen parkeergarage onder de huisjes. Het huisje zelf, split-level, was super netjes. Alles heel nieuw en schoon. Een heerlijke (regen)douche en ook heel prettig; voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Ook het bed lag goed, wel vrij knus alleen (twijfelaar). Zowel boven als beneden airco aanwezig. Beneden een keukentje aanwezig met eigenlijk alles hierin wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Buiten een terras aanwezig met tafel en stoeltjes. De locatie was ook erg gunstig tov de uitvalswegen als de Metro. Een kleine 10 minuten lopen langs de vrij drukke weg naar de Metro, Station Anagnina. De buurt zelf is wat minder. Wij waren zeer positief verrast en zullen zeker weer terugkomen wanneer wij weer naar Rome gaan. Erg aan te raden dus!
