Awful check in process. Different phone numbers. Different addresses. They couldnt find my booking. Numerous times explained and showed my booking at hotels.com, guy kept saying expedia and i need to pay at hotel they will give me good price. Even though id paid in full at hotels.com. eventually room was fine in a quiet side street with a few restaurants on. Main Sites within 15 mins walking distance.
