Great hotel if you are traveling with a pet. Good area in the back to walk them. Nice setting with trees. There was an odd smell coming from the drains in my room, but the room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

For some reason our tv had a problem. The staff came up immediately and fixed it. I forgot (I thought) my personal items. I went down stairs and told the staff. They were so accommodating. We three laughed when I told them I was a hot mess. They were genuinely caring. The breakfast was probably the best I have had at a hotel. Best hotel in Maumelle for sure. This was my third stay with them. You definitely will not go wrong staying there. The room and bed was outstanding. Book there and you won’t go wrong.

The place needs a serious deep cleaning. The bedroom itself was clean enough… but the bathroom needed work. The grout in the floor needs to be cleaned, the shower floor was grubby looking and there were multiple hairs in the shower. The pool was also gross. We didn’t realize quite how gross until my husband and boys were already in. It had a green tint to it and clearly needed to be scrubbed down, bugs floating around, but the worst part was the tile around the edge- so much build up people had literally scratched their names into it. Attaching a photo so you all can see. If you’re not planning to use the pool, it’s a decent overnight stay for the price, but if you have a family with littles who need to use the pool to get energy out after a long drive, I would recommend finding another place. Breakfast was good- they had cinnamon rolls which was not expected, but were enjoyed! They have a fancy coffee machine and the coffee is legitimately good! There is also a Scooter’s coffee shop as you leave the parking lot of the hotel. Walmart and Fast Food places are about 8 minutes away and close together. Could be a really great stay if they get serious about their deep cleaning!

We had a wedding and Rawanda made sure that we got in our room in time to change for the wedding. She woks the front desk. We were very happy with the entire experience.
