Bathroom shower head needs an extension arm, you have to hug the wall to get water on you or rinse hair products out. The room seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Didn’t notice a lot of noise outside room, which was very nice. The hallway vent was rusted, dirty and disgusting. The lobby area deodorizer smelled very nice.

In the bathroom where the tissue roller it look like 💩 was on the extra tissue paper and around the tub is was a little rusty and when I check in it was a lady already checking in and I was next to be waited on another couple came up instead of waiting on us next he told us to wait a minute and stop helpin the other customer and I thought that was very very inappropriate!!

The snack bar sucked. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly and it was hot in the room the whole night and I did nothing but sweat. The staff gave an extended checkout time from 11 to noon and at 11:00 they come knocking on the door and open it. Then a little bit later they called the room, I had to tell them we weren’t checking out until noon. Overall I wasn’t happy with the stay and for a room that was $125, not good at all.

The rooms were nice and clean. I did have a lot of concern getting out in the parking lot bc it was so dark. I am female and traveling alone. No staff person was available when checking in. I had to call out & wait a while before someone came. This happened to at least one other guest& I told her my experience. She was rather pissed off. Also breakfast should start at 6AM since some of us like me need to show up for business, allowing for travel time.
