Place was perfect for my fam of 4 plus our dog - everyone at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see to purchase items, and the gentleman did it for me immediately, I didn’t have time to ask for help, lol. :)

Room was spacious and clean. Bedding could use some work as we had issues with it falling off the bed during the night. Pillows were not the best either in that they provided no support and several were too long for the pillow cases they were in. Beds were comfortable though. Loved having the kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. The breakfast was decent but there was not much variety so it got old after a couple of days. Some staff were super attentive but the overnight staff seemed more concerned about what was on their phones than in providing attentive customer service. One staff member in particular was always in the office rather than being at the front desk. Finally, the pet fee appeared to be $50 based on the website but when we checked out, we were charged $75. We were told the fee had recently increased so not sure if that was during our stay or what. In any event, we had an overall good stay and would stay here again.

Room was very clean I feel like the front desk staff could use more training on customer service and be a little more nicer and be more inviting. I feel like they were not very friendly to me when checking in and checking out. Air conditioning was fine, parking was fine.
