Very disappointed, the staff would not allow for a later checkout to accommodate a business call that I had. I offered to pay more for an extra two hours and the property was empty, so it wasn't an issue of having rooms. I ended up paying for an entire additional night. I am in the area often and this is my first and last time staying at this property. Run down on top of it, the other local hotels are much better options.

Disappointing stay. Stay in the area often, my daughter is in college in town. First time and last time at this property. I had a zoom call I had to take, tried to get a later checkout. In spite of an empty hotel (there were six cars in the entire parking lot) I ended up having to book and pay for an entire extra night. I asked if I could pay for a few hours, but no. The Tru by Hilton and the Doubletree in the same area are much better.

We had reservations for 3 rooms. Only one of the rooms had hot water. From my understanding, they knew about this teo weeks ago. But, yet they continued to let guest make reservations. Plus, beds was very uncomfortable 😐

The room was extremely outdated. The walls had cracks and poorly patched up holes. There was fresh paint inside the bathtub. I had paint all over my feet that was hard to remove. The furniture did not look clean and the room was so cold. It took 3 hours to warm up after putting the thermostat to 80 degrees. The shower became cold after 5 minutes. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Also, there were dogs everywhere and someone’s dog urinated in the lobby and no one thought to clean it up. I walked passed the urine at least 5 times before I checked out.
