Had to change rooms because we were right beside the elevator shaft. Noisy! We could hear a phone ringing for an hour at around 11:00 pm. I think we were above the office. Breakfast was lukewarm at best. Coffee was just lukewarm at 8:30. Won’t be staying here again.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Breakfast was wonderful in my opinion. I love a big fluffy waffle, hash browns and OJ.

Was a little rough n down. Door didn’t lock without pushing it tight and bolt lock. Great location right off 95. Hair on sheets. Chewed gum on the floor. I brought my own pillow and blanket in to avoid using there’s. Service was great.

Staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast had a good selection. Room was clean, but noticed housekeeping does not clean and restock (maybe they are understaffed for the holidays). Window shades were electric and did not open (room was dark). My only real complaint is shower pressure extremely low and cold. If you attempt to fill the tub, it can take an hour and the water is luke warm.
