Dusty dirty room

The room was dusty and dirty. There were red stains all over the dresser, couch, and floor. Mold in corners of the bathroom and very strong odd odor in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on cleanliness.

2nd stay at Laquinta

Nice hotel! Stayed a month ago and it was good! Number 1 elevator has been shut down for a month! Inconvenience! Coffee kept running out every time I went to get one! Room nice still needs cleaned a little bit better! Dust and dirt!!! Shower pressure could be a little better!

We stay at this specific LaQuinta in Rock Hill frequently. The last 3 times i have made prior reservation and asked for a 1st floor room i have been denied. This last reservation was a month in advance thinking i would get a 1st floor room and i did not. I will b looking for a different place to stay here forward. I have a bad back and a bad knee.

I had a 3 night stay and upon check-in my fridge was filled with dirt bugs and swampy water stored in it. The water pressure was very low and the receptionist informed me that there was nothing they could do since the cleaning crew only comes once every 3 days. She didn’t even bother taking my room number. On day 2 a different receptionist informed me that house keeping comes every 3 days and gave me a business card to reach out to management who wouldn’t be back until Monday. She did take my room number and eventually maintenance came immediately started speaking Spanish, frowning, and making phone calls. After speaking with a third representative the third day I was switched to a bigger suit at no charge for my last night and accommodated just a bit, which doesn’t excuse the filth and I professionalism of the staff members. I’ve never stayed at a LaQuinta before and will never choose the hotel again! Terrible! Service, hospitality, and property maintenance!!!!!!!!

I spent the night in a room w/widow that could not be shrouded w/drapes that the spotlite from the parking lot fell on the bed all night lighting up the area to unsleepable conditions. Where was the brainpower on this???

Overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Hair in the showers. Damange to blinds, furniture in the rooms. The doors are super loud closing and can be clearly heard in the rooms. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and front desk staff pleasant.
