Never stay at Avid fort mill amusement park

People working front desk were incompetent. Ask a question and get a different answer depending on who you talk to. They are clueless. King bed room is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Cleaning crew is super loud in the mornings. Never staying at this hotel again.

Above and beyond

When leaving, our car wouldn't start. The gentleman on duty at the desk graciously used his own portable jumper pack to help us get started and on our way. His help meant everything.

For breakfast, they served bacon bits (i.e., bacon crumbs) instead of bacon slices, sausage, or ham. Yes, bacon bits! Who eats bacon bits except on a salad! The rooms have no closet or drawers. Instead, they have hooks of the wall for guests to hang their clothes. This hotel is relatively new now, but it will soon be a place where companies lodge their construction workers.

First time at an IHG hotel and everything was great! New property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was top notch and comfortable. Hotel was CLEAN! It was easy to find and there are several restaurants close by, some within walking distance. Carowinds next door. Would definitely stay here again! Five stars!!
