Booked a 2 1/2 week stay at this hotel through Expedia. Only to find out there was no house keeping/daily cleaning service. They mentioned that they only clean rooms if you stay “14 days” in which we did, and they still did not clean our rooms that day. We had to send our sheets to get washed and dried ourselves. Breakfast choices were not even worth the “breakfast included”. One of our rooms (we booked 2) smelled like straight pee and public restroom. We asked to change our room but they said they were not able too. We wanted to change hotels but we weren’t able to get our money reimbursed for the days we had already booked. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Our hotel room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately had a very strong smell or wet dog and there was dog hair all in the carpet. Room did not have the feel of being ver clean. We asked if we could move rooms due to the smell but they said they couldn’t accommodate. We ended up going to the store to purchase multiple air fresheners.

Big amazing shower, one of the best that I have stayed in. Down side is no electrical outlets around night stand for phone, no trash cans in the room and breakfast consisted of a box of nutrigrain bars. Still worth the value

We were in town with thebfamily for a volleyball tournament. The property was fine for what we paid. Clean, well kept. Nothing fancy for sure but it did the trick for one night.

The staff were all very friendly. It’s an older place but it was clean. However, the smell of the cleaner or air freshener they use was overwhelming, dried out my throat. The Queen bed only had 3 pillows. I may have been able to request another but didn’t feel up to it. The people in the room above us were extremely noisy - sounded like they were stomping back and forth for hours (could’ve been kids, but it went on until midnight). It wasn’t a pleasurable stay.

NO SLEEP & kitchen area was dirty.

We had the worst night ever & didn't get any sleep at all because of noisy people above us! Complained to the only person that was working there, 4 different times with no resolve. My fiance and myself may have gotten 2 to 3 hours of sleep and we had to drive 600 miles the next day to get our vacation started. When we checked out Saturday morning February 15th I asked the person working the front desk to let me speak with the manager she said he wasn't there I asked her to please have him to call me, she assured me she would. He never did. I paid $155.00 for this room & we are very let down & upset! Along with the kitchen area not being clean at all. I need to speak with someone about a refund!
