The room(s) are very clean, staff very courteous and helpful, also enjoy the direct access to lower level rooms. My husband struggles at times with walking so very happy to not having long walks to the room. Also enjoy the reclining chairs for comfortable relaxing.

The room was a suite with couch, recliner and mini kitchen. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Two minor drawbacks were the bathroom door was in terrible condition with scratches and dents and the mini kitchen had no utensils or dinnerware. Nothing was provided. We would stay there again.
