A young man working with the breakfast had greasy hair and smelled dirty. He was very friendly and did a good job, but he needs to shower and wash his hair every day or find another job.

The rooms are very old and stink. They smell like dirty old people. Beds very uncomfortable the price is expensive. The convenience is the only reason I would return. If I had an appointment at Mayo. Also the parking lot was full and had to go 2 blocks away to park. Had already paid for our parking. So got to pay for the other parking as well.

There was a church kids convention going on and they were very noisy in the halls in the middle of the night, took over the lobby, and were very rude. There are guest staying there that are going to Mayo and receive news that may not be so great and to have that occuring is not helpful. I ran into a lovely lady who was in tears because front staff were not helpful and she had a son in a wheelchair and needed a luggage cart and noone would help her. I attempted to offer help but she was very upset. I was thankful it was close, but not real peaceful.
