Exceptional Hotel Experience!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed @ Indigo Hotel/Rochester, MN. As with the 1st time, it was fabulous!!! From the Check-In, to the comfort/decor/cleanliness of the Room, to Crave Restaurant, everyone & everything was wonderful! I wish there was an Indigo Hotel/Crave Restaurant in every location I travel to. I highly recommend the Indigo Hotel to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

When checking in, the lady did not scan my cards properly, so I could not get into my room or out of the parking ramp. I had to back up, ruining the rim on my tire and making another truck backup. I had to run back in and have them fix the card to get out. Also, we stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned, cups replaced, garbage emptied after 1 night. Very disappointed with all of the inconveniences.
